Your home network issue is not a DirecTV Stream issue, but an ISP issue. Your ISP appears to be changing your IP randomly, causing the service to think you are not at your home location. You need to get a static IP address from your ISP or change services. There are 100's of posts on his issue in the forum.

A couple resets usually fixes the problem. If the box won't hold the authorization, then its gone full simple jack, and needs to be replaced.
