If it is the IWE grinding it's not urgent but it'll eventually grind itself out and the hub won't lock when you put it in 4x4. I assume you still have warranty being a 2016.Here are the Motorcraft OEM IWE check valve part numbers for Ford F150 2010 to 2020.
